The Amphicar 770 made its debut in 1961 and were built through 1968, there were only 3,878 built. The 770s were powered by a 1147cc straight 4 cylinder by Triumph paired with an all synchromesh 4 speed manual transmission. The car runs and operates as it should and is sure to leave a smile on your face.

The 68 offered here has been well maintained and according to the owner the car was restored by Dave Derer at Midwest Amphicar in Mendota, IL. The car is finished in white over white and blue vinyl seats. The interior is very neat and tidy and shows well. The car rides on factory wheels with whitewall tires.
