This 1967 Shelby GT-500 was completed at the factory on 4/3/67 & shipped on 4/11/67 to English & Sons, Tinley Park, IL as documented in the SAAC registry. It is finished in Wimbledon White with blue stripes, black interior, & factory 4-speed manual transmission. This car was restored at Cobra Automotive by a previous owner & later installed a genuine 427 FE Side Oiler engine with Tunnel Port heads & dual 4-BBL carburetors that was professionally built with only 748 miles. The original matching numbers engine, a 428 cubic inch with dual 4-BBL carbs, is included with the sale. It has also been professionally rebuilt & highly detailed to original specs with run-in time only. It is the original motor that came with this GT-500 from the factory.
