Classic Car Overview

1967 Pontiac Firebird $26,500

Gold · 8 Cylinder · 89,000 miles

1967 Pontiac Firebird Convertible - 5 speed Tremec - Coronado Gold with Black Interior, White Top.  This vehicle was originally a 326, 4 speed, Tach-on-hood, drum brake vehicle.  Currently has a 350 and a NEW 5 speed Tremec and front disc brakes.  Shows 89K miles (while this cannot be verified, the vehicle suggests that this is true).  NO RUST. The following are new within the past 24 months (all work has been professionally performed): Complete Front Suspension, springs, shocks, inner/outer tie rods and sway bushings and 4 wheel alignment. New Tremec 5 speed, hydraulic clutch and drive shaft. New power front disc brakes and rear shoes/drums, all new lines, new booster.  New belts, hoses. New AC Delco battery and cables. New fan and fan clutch. New shocks. New gas tank, sending unit, all lines from tank to carb. New 750 CFM Quadrajet. New Corvette style finned aluminum valve covers. New power steering hoses. New high torque starter. New Carpet. New AutoMeter electric gauges (Oil, Amp, Temp). New matching door/ignition/trunk lock cylinders throughout. Vehicle has been repainted the original color and shows well.  A couple minor imperfections noted.  At some point rear multi-leaf springs were added.  This vehicle has been well maintained and used only rarely on sunny days.  Correct Jack and Lug wrench with spare.  I'm very picky and everything works as it should (including the light in the ashtray), with two exceptions: Windshield Washers (no reservoir, but I never intended to get the thing dirty) and currently has only one horn (it works, but originally duals).  The car has been a sweetheart and people really connect with it. Values trends predict continued growth on these models.  My reason for selling is I have two kids and priorities change.  Next owner will have a great cruiser that performs well at highway speeds and will be a delight to own and drive.
