Being only 1 of 680, this GTX is finished in factory Bright Red, and the paint and body are laser straight with zero imperfections throughout the vehicle. Plymouth debuted the GTX for the 1967 model year. It was a performance version of the Belvedere, rode on the same body, and was named the Belvedere GTX. The GTX stands out as a real icon of the classic muscle car era and was marketed as a Gentlemans Hot Rod , offering both features of style and performance. This GTX has had a complete rotisserie nut-and-bolt restoration. Under the hood, this GTX is equipped with its numbers-matching 440 Commando motor, making 375hp that was completely rebuilt at the time of restoration, along with a rebuilt 727 3-speed automatic. All the power is sent to its Sure Grip positraction rear with 3.23 gears. The interior of this GTX really speaks for itself in quality and craftsmanship. Fitted with red vinyl bucket seats and a rear bench seat, this interior is pristine and really shows how well this car has been cared for.
