Price Reduced - Make me an offer I can't refuse! 1967 Comet, Only 72,300 miles. All Original, 289 V8, Automatic, 4-door, everyday driver for me, Arizona Car, but is currently in southern California. I am the second owner. I recently picked it up from an old friend, whose grandmother bought the car new on 12/17/1966 from Vincent Ford in Cottonwood, AZ. New 205/75R14 GT Radials, new windshield, new battery, new Pertronix electronic ignition, new distributor cap, spark plugs, and wires, new Platinum shield car cover, new interior assembly manual, new electrical assembly manual, and new repair shop manual. I have the original owner's manual. Runs beautifully. Cylinder compression values are: 119, 111, 115, 110, 116, 119, 112, 120,
The body is in pretty decent shape.
There are no rusted out areas on the exterior, just some rust patina.
The driver's side floorboard has significant rust. There are small
little dents hither and yon, and one larger dent on the passenger
side front rocker panel. The rear bumper also has a significant
dent.
The interior honestly needs seat
covers, floor rug and headliner. It has factory air conditioning, but
it does not work! All other lights, switches and gauges work, with
the exception of the speedometer. The speedometer needle fell off on
the drive from AZ to CA, but the odometer still works.
