1982 Mustang GT
Jim Clarke led the charge with the creation of the 5.0 HO V8 for the Mustang in 1982 and was responsible for the continuous improvement of the 5.0 throughout the '80s. What Jim and his team accomplished is truly amazing.
Classic Car Overview
This is an original 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible - 6 cylinder engine. I am the third owner, and it has been garage kept by myself and the previous owner over the past 40 years. The exterior paint - Brittany Blue - is in very good condition. The car is completely original except for the front brakes that were upgraded about 5 years ago to power front disc brakes, rear brake lights converted to synchronized LED lights and the AM radio was upgraded to AM/FM with cassette. The white vinyl rag top is all original and motorized as well - has original plexiglass rear window. Interior is all original seats, carpet and floor mats - added a center console that matches the interior color and held in place with a velcro base. The car comes with the original owner's manual, original 1967 invoice, PDF copies of the service manuals and parts guide, and various parts kits from project that I never got to - weather stripping kit, new side mirrors, dashboard bezels, etc. This is a great car to tinker around with and enjoy.
