Sold alongside the 275 GTB/4 sports car and the grand touring-oriented 330 GT 2+2 Coupe, the 330 GTC (also sold as a convertible, the 330 GTS) split the difference between those two cars. With the chassis of the former and the 4.0L V12 of the latter along with styling similar to that of the 500 Superfast and an interior designed for long-distance comfort, the 330 GTC is a phenomenal grand tourer for two. Leather, teak veneer, and conveniences such as power windows and a radio welcomed well-heeled buyers of the new car.

Produced only from 1966 to 1968 before it was replaced by the 365 GTC, the 330 GTC is the perfect classic Ferrari to drive and enjoy. Its 300hp, single-overhead-camshaft V12 with triple Weber carburetors pairs wonderfully with a rear-mounted transaxle five-speed manual, and, as the car offers near-perfect weight distribution, superlative handling. Today, these cars are remembered for being some of the finest grand tourers built in their era, with plenty of space for a weekend's luggage and an endlessly enjoyable driving experience.

The beautiful 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC Coupe presented here is finished in a stunning combination of Rosso Amaranto (Burgundy) over a Nero (Black) leather interior. This is a marvelous example that features a well-documented history and a recent engine rebuild by specialists in Italy. According to a history by marque expert, Marcel Massini, chassis number 10927 was completed in November 1967, finished in Rosso over a Beige Scurro leather interior. Later that month, the GTC was delivered to the official marque dealer in Milan, where it was sold to its first caretaker, local resident Giorgio Roberto Arban.

The Ferrari was subsequently exported to California, and by 1974 it was owned by Donald Holsworth of San Francisco. By August 1976, the 330 was acquired by fellow San Francisco resident, Arthur Rude, who meticulously cared for the car for over 25 years. Work performed during Mr. Rudes ownership included a high-quality, bare-metal refinish of the coachwork in the beautiful shade of Rosso Amaranto it wears today, as well as a full rebuild of the engine by Walnut Creek Ferrari.

Just released from a world-class collection, the Ferrari continues to present well today, courtesy of the long record of fastidious care and consistent refurbishment. The car abounds in characteristic details, such as the Talbot Green Dot rearview mirror, period-correct Carello headlamps, and proper Campagnolo alloy wheels with Cavallino Rampante knock-off hubs. The engine compartment sports a full complement of correct details, including proper fuel and oil lines, wrinkle-finish exhaust heat shields, and tags for the Bonaldi brake booster and Fispa air cleaner.

Most notably, in late 2022, the type 209/66 V12 (the matching-numbers engine, per correct stampings) was entrusted to the experts at Candini Classiche in Modena, Italy, for a comprehensive rebuild. This masterful work included fitting new pistons, valves, and valve seats along with a complete refurbishment of the heads and cylinders, paving the way for miles of future driving enjoyment by the next caretaker. Further, a new set of Michelin XWX tires were fitted. Comfortable and inviting, the GTCs cabin is equally suited for a casual weekend tour or a competitive historic rally. Accompanied with its factory tools/jack, an extensive history file, and more, this 330 GTC stands among the best drivers cars produced by Maranello in the 1960s and remains a popular choice for vintage driving events or concours presentation.
