1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible - 327CI V8 with 4-Speed and Side Pipes

The 1967 Corvette is the car most collectors name when asked which Sting Ray they would keep. It was the final year of the C2, the year the styling was cleaned up rather than added to - no fender flags, five-slot front vents, and the flattest, most purposeful stance of the entire generation. In convertible form with side pipes, it is arguably the most recognizable American sports car of the decade.

Power comes from a 327 cubic-inch V8 built on GM block 3858180 with 3890462 heads, topped by a GM aluminum Winters intake and a Holley 80457-2 600 CFM carburetor. It is a period-correct-appearing, high-performance-flavored induction setup that starts easily and drives well in modern traffic. Behind it sits the M21 close-ratio four-speed manual, the gearbox that suits this engines rev-happy character.

The option list is where this car separates itself. N14 side mount exhaust is the visual and audio centerpiece. N89 cast aluminum bolt-on wheels were a 1967-only option, and correct sets are genuinely difficult to find today. C60 air conditioning is uncommon on a small-block convertible and transforms how usable the car is in all climates. Add N40 power steering, A01 Soft Ray tinted glass throughout, A82 headrests, and the U69 AM/FM radio, and you have a Sting Ray equipped to be driven rather than trailered.

Available now in our 13,000sq ft climate-controlled indoor showroom.
