Classic Car Overview

We get a lot of mid-year (1963-1967) Corvettes here at Carroll Street. We love these cars and so do many of our customers. For many vette enthusiasts the 67 is the one to get, being the last and most refined year of that generation and having a number of unique features such as the louvered front fenders, the centered reverse light and the console-mounted handbrake.

Here we have a 327/300, 4-speed 67 roadster that has it all -- looks, personality and condition. This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette roadster retains its handsome factory color scheme of Sunfire Yellow with a white soft top and a black leather interior. This car has been very well maintained from day one and it shows, and a clear Ohio title is included in the documents.

The very clean and straight body boasts even panel gaps, that lustrous yellow hue (which has been brought out to its stunning potential via a thorough detailing and ceramic treatment) and brilliant chrome and stainless-steel trim. A set of Rally wheels wearing radial redline tires adds to the cars considerable curbside appeal.

Underneath its so clean wed eat our Sunday pasta off of the floors and frame. Inside this classic vette its nearly all original apart from an upgrade to leather seat covers. The dash still retains the factory AM/FM radio.

Under the hood is the matching-numbers 300-horsepower 327. That iconic powerhouse sounds great and runs through a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission and on to the 3.08-geared Positraction rear end. That rear gear provides a nice balance between providing spirited acceleration along with relaxed high speed cruising.

Note that a few upgrades have been made that include a thicker front anti-sway bar and C4 rear end / rear suspension components. The end result is a better handling C2 thats more fun when the twists and turns on your favorite back road come up.

Out on the road, this Corvette sounds awesome, pulls strong and smooth, handles very well and brakes with confidence. If this car isnt a great example of show and go then we dont know what is!
