1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS classic muscle meets modern performance in a professionally built package.
This Chevelle SS retains its original interior, complete with the factory clock center console and original low-back seats preserving the timeless cabin feel that made these cars icons of the muscle car era. The inside maintains its authentic character while the rest of the car has been thoughtfully upgraded for serious performance.
Under the hood sits a Texas Speed-built motor featuring 243 heads that have been ported and polished, paired with a T-Rex cam setup to deliver strong, aggressive power. The combination produces approximately 540 horsepower, transforming this Chevelle into a true street and strip performer while maintaining drivability.
Power is sent through a built T56 transmission equipped with a Gorilla Clutch, connected to an aluminum driveshaft for strength and reduced rotational weight. Out back, a 3.73 rear end with limited slip ensures that power is put to the ground effectively.
The suspension has been fully upgraded to match the performance of the drivetrain. Viking adjustable coilovers provide tunable ride and handling, while a rear 4-link setup enhances stability and traction. Polyurethane bushings throughout the entire car improve responsiveness and durability, creating a more planted driving experience without sacrificing the classic feel.
Braking performance has been modernized with Corvette C5 brakes, offering significantly improved stopping power over factory components.
The stance is completed with custom 3-piece Weld Customs forged Star wheels 19x9 in the rear and 18x9 up front giving the car a clean, aggressive look that complements its performance-focused build.
The 1967 model year is widely considered one of the most desirable Chevelle designs, combining sharp body lines with the lightweight A-body platform that made them dominant both on the street and at the track.
