Under the hood is a period-correct 396 V8 (not numbers matching) paired with an Edelbrock intake and 4-barrel carburetor. Power is delivered through a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission and dual exhaust system, delivering that classic big block sound that we all love. Upgrades include power steering, power brakes with disc brakes up front and drums in the rear, updated poly bushings, aluminum radiator, electronic parking brake, new transmission seals with fresh fluids, rewired taillights, and a new gas tank with new fuel lines. A minor exhaust leak is noted at the front. The engine bay has been blacked out and features clean finishes throughout.

This Chevelle rides on staggered 17/18-inch chrome and black US Mags with Goodyear 215/50 front and 235/50 rear tires, giving it a modern, aggressive stance. Suspension components have been upgraded, and the chassis, rockers, and floor pans are in clean condition.

Inside, the cabin has been fully refreshed with black vinyl bucket seats, 4-point harness seatbelts, a center console with mounted shifter, and a factory console-mounted analog clock. A tilt steering column with a 3-spoke black Billet leather-wrapped steering wheel, Autometer gauges, and a retro-style stereo system with upgraded Pioneer speakers in the rear dash and additional speakers in the kick panels create a functional driver-focused interior. The dash has been refinished in black with wood trim and fitted with a functioning vintage-style radio. New carpet, new headliner, and clean door panels with good hardware complete the interior.

A Vintage Air system provides both cold A/C and heat. Other highlights include a new battery, cleaned-up firewall, chrome windshield wipers, newer antenna actuator, and a black carpet trunk liner. All glass is clean and free of chips, the window trim and felt are in good condition.

This Chevelle has 2,600 miles on the build since completion and has been a California and Texas car its whole life. The glossy gray primer paint shows beautifully with minimal imperfections, with only minor chipping noted around the keyholes.
