1967 Chevrolet C10 Short Bed Pickup For consignment, a 1967 C10 short bed pickup, showing 241 miles which are not actual. This truck has been modded inside and out and every part has received attention on its journey to become quite the looker and booker. You wont find any body rust either as all the body panels are new. The original sales brochure may have been a work of artistic literature, but this truck is a rolling piece of art. Exterior The striking two tone design of this truck is delineated not only by contrasting tones of Medium Blue Metallic and White, but by the red line that borders the white which is reserved for part of the hood and cab. Modern and smoke LED lights take the place of the round sealed beams and diodes are employed on much of the exterior lighting as well. The open grille is rimmed in polished trim, matching the headlight bezels and the red bowtie complements our red border stripe, the Brembo calipers, and the smooth tail lights in back, where we also find a smooth roll pan in place of a bumper. 15-inch chrome Weld wheels live out back and are deeper than the 17-inch versions in front, and things are evened out by the staggered tire sizes, all with an early 2024 date code. Beautiful oak planks alternate with stainless braces in the bed and presents in show condition. One little chip in the paint is the only imperfection we perceive on the exterior. Interior White stitched door panels are sandwiched between painted blue metal borders on the doors in fine condition while ivory leather bucket seats with hefty padding and bolstering occupy the interior. A chrome plated panel houses the instrument cluster with clear, white-faced gauges under an ivory dash pad. For handles, the driver enjoys a grippy 3 spoke steering wheel and a Hurst shifter in the center console, wrapped in more of that ivory leather. An AM/FM radio with touchscreen illuminates the center stack, already glowing with a mirror-like plating framing the screen. Black loop carpet covers the floor cleanly and up above, a stitched leather headliner adds texture but probably not a lot of sound deadening, as well learn. Drivetrain Pop the blue and white hood to find a perfectly painted and polished monster powerplant, 518ci according to your consignor, and thats no fish tale. The block and intake are masterfully painted to match the exterior. The V8 has Speedmaster cylinder heads, a Scat crank, H-beam rods, Milodon valves, and fuel is delivered through a Holley Super Sniper Stealth EFI system. A TH400 3-speed automatic transmission is behind the beast and transfers power to a Ford 9 in back with 3.70 gears. Wilwood Hydroboost power disc brakes are mounted on front and back. Undercarriage Other than a touch of road dirt and occasional surface rust, the underside is very clean and dry. Dual exhaust runs from headers to stainless steel mufflers, then find their way out the sides via dual tip, in front of each rear wheel. Linkage, bushings, and brake components are all clean. Suspension consists of coil overs in front and trailing arms, coil overs, and a panhard bar out back. Drive-Ability Deck the halls with boughs of Holley! The sniper system means instant fuel plus its tunable and the truck will come with a tablet for doing so. It also comes with a remote for exhaust cut-outs, but well feed the gases through the normal route which on its own delivers a healthy growl. The fat tires provide great handling both for straight tracking and turn ins, and there is obvious power underfoot. Other than the horn, all other functions including lights, gauges, and brakes, work as they should.
