1966 Sunbeam Alpine Series V

4 Cylinder 1725cc engine.  4 spd manual transmission

Professionally rebuilt engine with new pistons and exhaust valves.  All new bearings and seals throughout.  New oil pump and water pump.  New electronic distributor, wires and plugs.  All new hoses.  Rebuilt duel Stromberg carburetors.  Rebuilt fuel pump.  Reconditioned radiator.  New alternator and starter.

Professionally rebuilt 4 spd transmission.  All new seals and bearings.  New clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing.  New master and slave cylinders.  New universal joints at both ends and reconditioned drive shaft. 

Rebuilt steering box and column (telescoping)

All new brake lines, rebuilt front calipers and rotors.  New rear brake cylinders, reconditioned drums. All new pads and shoes.  New master cylinder.

Fuel tanks have been removed, reconditioned (interior seal applied) and reinstalled with new connecting hoses and lines.  Rebuilt fuel sending unit. 

All exterior trim is included, but off the car.  All pieces are serviceable.  They just need a good polish.  Headlight trim rings are both in good shape.  Marker light bases are in ok shape, but the lenses are cracked and will need replaced.

Glass for doors and windshield are in good shape.  No cracks or serious scratches.  Frame for roof looks in good condition, but will need fabric replaced.

Interior is disassembled.  Seats frames are in good shape, but need new foam and covers.  Includes new black carpet.  Door cards are missing.  Reconditioned dash with new walnut burl veneer.  Gauges all appear to be functional and appear original except the ammeter.  New 12 circuit wiring harness included.  All removed parts are bagged and labeled with all the hardware.

Needs new floor pans (Replacements are included) and a new battery box installed. Tires are dry rotted, but hold air.
