The following options were added later, correct 1966 Tri-Power with Ram Air pan and open hood scoop, Rally I wheels and redline tires. Body and Paint ReviewThe sheet metal on this car was in excellent condition, no signs of any rust repair ever being done, the paint and body work was very straight, the original appearing Reef Turquoise paint was laid down and looked like excellent original paint. All of the trim was polished, the black vinyl top was perfect, it had the correct single painted black pinstripe. The chrome bumpers were like a factory original car would have. Original T3 headlights, nice front grills (the 1966 GTO was one of the first cars to have plastic injected grills) the covered tail lights were in excellent condition. All of the glass was clear (W/S tinted) and in good working order. Even had the correct antenna mast. The door, hood, and trunk gaps all looked slightly better than factory 1966. Tires and WheelsThe PHS shows this car was delivered with standard white wall tires and beanie hub caps, it has been upgraded to the correct 66 Rally I wheels with black center and correct lug nuts, and aftermarket Coker red line tires. Interior ReviewThe correct optional Rally gauges showed 76,255 miles and looked perfect in the last year the GTO would have a wood veneer IP, the plastic/wood steering wheel was a nice addition and freshly restored with no signs of wear. All of the trim was correct and in excellent condition, even the rear-view mirror showed no signs of wear, probably an NOS unit at the time of the restoration, seat covers were new repo, nice black headliner and carpet, non-original floor mats, deluxe seat belts, AM radio with rear speaker, Hurst shifter with a black ball and nice factory console. The car does have the original protecto plate. Engine Compartment ReviewThe under hood appearance is factory correct, with the correct semi-gloss black inner fenders, bottom of the hood and core support. The WT engine is correctly painted metallic blue, everything appears factory correct, single master cylinder, declutching fan with correct TS code 4 core Harrison radiator, repo R59 Delco battery, all wiring clean factory correct, correct radiator cap and warning decal. The correct factory 1966 Tri-Power was added as was the reproduction
