Full frame off rotisserie restoration, original floors and sheet metal with exception of correct trunk floor replacement, rear taillight panel replacement to GTO panel and original 1966 GTO hood.
Body fully soda blasted, full underside of body blasted and painted. New radiator support.
Exterior: original factory bumpers re-chromed, factory headlight bezels re-chromed, original factory tail lights with original stainless louver trim, all molding and emblems restored or replaced with high quality reproductions right down to license plate mounting brackets and hardware. Restored original correct grills. Professionally finished in 1966 Barrier Blue.
Beautiful black bucket seat interior with replacement seat covers and carpet, original package tray and interior sail panels. Rebuilt dash with all new upgraded rally gauges. New wiring under dash and hood. Ididit tilt column. Sound system includes in dash modern head unit with blue tooth and USB connections with hidden trunk mounted 10 disc changer, sub-woofer and amplifier (it’s loud and clear).
Underside: fully blasted and painted chassis black, frame fully blasted and painted with Master Series coatings. Front and rear BMR tubular suspension with HD front and rear sway bars; all new body mounts including hardware. Front disc brakes, rear drums all new including all hardware, emergency brake cables etc. All Stainless steel brake and fuel lines, new fuel tank, straps, pump, pick up and sending unit. Year one 17” rally wheels.
Powered by 1968 428, 670 heads, Lunati ram air III hydraulic lifter cam, Keith Black Pistons, 9.5:1, runs perfect on pump gas, drive anywhere with no worries, professionally machined, balanced and assembled. Holley 750 carb, MSD Billet distributor and ignition, 6,000 rpm rev limiter, mini high torque starter, high flow water pump, March serpentine belt conversion, billet pulleys, dual auto electric fans, Rodney Red Aluminum Radiator, functional 1967 ram air pan with open hood scoop, ram air exhaust manifolds. Custom dual exhaust, “H” pipe and Flow Master 40 series mufflers, Center force clutch and pressure plate, Richmond 6-speed with 0.62 overdrive 6th gear, Long shifter, custom aluminum drive shaft, factory 10 bolt rear with Auburn posi and 390 gear ratio. (6th gear, 75mph at 2200 rpm’s)
