Classic Car Overview
1966 Lincoln Continental $19,900
These big beauties are getting harder and harder to find in their original condition. We thought we'd leave this Continental alone and let the new owner put his own personal touches on it. With only 95,757 miles from new, this Lincoln still starts and runs well.
This Lincoln has been garage kept and it is astonishing how well this car has fared. Best of all, it has only 95,757 original miles. Seldom will you find a car of this age, this well preserved.
The ’66 has the original Florentine gold irid factory color and is in very good condition along with the vinyl top which shows very little wear. The paint and body is straight and clean and has no signs of damage or filler.
Slide into the driver’s seat and you can see this Lincoln is all original without any modern-day upgrades, including the radio. It still has the factory AM/FM/8-Track Radio. As you can see from our pictures of the interior there is some wear inside. The seats look slightly worn, but don’t have any tears or rips. The driver side arm rest is cracked from wear and age but it’s very minimal. The carpets, headliner and door panels are clean and solid with very little wear to them.
Lift the hood of the Continental and you will see the original 462ci 4-barrel V8 which is paired with the original C6 automatic XPL transmission. The engine is strong and runs smooth. This is a luxury cruiser, smaller than a Cadillac, yet very powerful. It has power steering and power brakes. The continental rides on more current day chrome 20” wheels with 245/35R 20 tires. We do still have the original Lincoln hub caps as we have pictured in one of our photos. The look is a little more modern with the wheels but the ride is luxurious. Options include: power steering, power brakes, factory AC, which is inoperable, power door locks, power seats, as well as AM/FM/8-track Radio.
These big beauties are truly hard to find in original condition and with very little wear on them. Email or call us with any questions!

From around 1956 until the mid 1980s, Dodge, Plymouth and even Chrysler squads were the most ubiquitous police cars in North America. In fact, the biggest department, the NYPD, used Plymouth and Dodge squads almost exclusively until the rear-drive M body car was finally axed in 1989.
The no-frills Savoy two-door sedan was home to another engine of considerable repute, the infamous 413 Max Wedge, a Super Stock monster block Chrysler introduced in the spring of 1962.
