1966 Ford Mustang Fastback

Ah, the 1966 2+2 Mustang Fastback, what a classic beauty! Allow me to describe this epic car for you. Complete ground up restoration/restomod. Under the hood the 347ci engine packs quite a punch, producing over 450hp backed by a Toploader 4-speed transmission and 9-inch rear end. The chassis has been strengthened to handle the added power with subframe connectors and rides on Vintage 45 Wheels with disc brakes all around. Exterior was finished in the original Night mist Blue paint color and the interior with the original Parchment/Blue color scheme. Car has been owned by the same person since 1995 and started the makeover in 2004. Locally done by one of the Best in the country right here in Naples FL, Barrs Restoration. This Mustang was born with a 6cyl. (T-code) from the Metuchen factory, as shown on the stamped VIN and body buck tag. Door tag was missing when purchased in 95 but the body buck tag provides supporting evidence about what was originally included on the car from the factory. Previous owner made a few resto changes such as 1965 front grill, 1965 gas cap, GT rear valance and Pony interior in the original color scheme.
