Based on the documentation from the previous owner:
Between 2013 and 2019 the truck received many replacement parts. New fenders, truck bed, interior, chrome, mirrors, door handles, and cab corners, along with the related fasteners, nuts bolts, etc. All of which are currently in good condition.
There is a dash pad covering the metal dash that is glued on, the condition of the metal dash is unknown.
Based on our inspection there is evidence of previous rust on underbody areas primarily related to the cab portion of the truck. Most of the frame appears to be structurally sound with evidence of repair in two areas. (All displayed in photos)

Ford F100 Fun Facts (Wikipedia)
The fourth generation of the Ford F-Series is a line of trucks produced by Ford from the 1961 to 1966 model years. Introducing a lower and wider cab over the previous generation, Ford introduced several design changes to the model line. In line with modern pickup trucks, the bedsides, hood line, and windowsill were all the same height. Ford returned the F-Series to two headlights (a design change that remained in place for over 50 years).
Several design configurations were introduced by this generation. For 1965, the model line underwent a substantial revision, introducing chassis and cab that would be used by the F-Series through 1979.
