Originally assembled on September 14, 1965, this BODY-OFF RESTORED 1966 Corvette Big Block is in nice condition, and features desirable side exhaust, telescopic steering wheel, and knockoff style wheels. This car has had a TON of restoration work done to it, as an unsuspecting previous owner poured a bunch of money into it thinking it was a numbers matching 427 car. This cars paint is good-vg, with a great shine. Chrome bumpers show a good-vg condition finish, and taillights, weatherstripping, knockoff style wheels, and associated spinners are all vg-exc. BF Goodrich Silvertown goldline radial tires show an average of 11/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1966 Corvette Big Block shows vg-exc leather seats, door panels, sill plates, carpet, and GM seatbelts, and vg gauges, glovebox lid, center console, and dash pods. Correct appearing AM/FM radio is in place. The NOM 427ci engine in this car shows correct casting number 3869942, and correct air cleaner, valve covers, and ignition shielding. Be Cool aluminum radiator has been added. This engine was rebuilt in 2017, has been very nicely detailed, and the frame is very nicely detailed as well, and is also solid and rust-free. Extensive records and invoices dating back to 2013 are included.
