1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

1966 Chevrolet Convertible Corvette Stingray. Beautiful Awesome car. Rally Red exterior on Black interior. Has black optional leather seats, and not the vinyl seats that came standard. Drives strong and feels solid. It has the correct era L79 327 ci/350 hp motor matched to a M22 4 speed Muncie manual transmission. The rear end is a 3:54 posi-traction. Comes with the very rare and hard to find auxiliary paint matched hard top. Does not have power steering, power brakes or air conditioning. Has front and rear brake discs. She had undergone a complete frame off restoration back in 2005. Since then, she has always been garaged, out of the weather and bad elements. The vette has stainless steel side pipes, and beautiful Chevy Rally Wheels. White convertible vinyl top is in good condition with no tears or scratches. I put the factory 1967 only big block hood with scoop, on the car during restoration. I have always liked that hood from when I could remember. The original AM/FM wonder bar radio with all knobs intact will come with the vehicle. A digital Corvette cassette radio is in the dash now. But the original will be provided in addition, with the sale. The high-end quality Rally red paint job with the white sting ray across the hood is 3 layers of base and 4 layers of clear coat, that is in excellent condition. The tires are BF Goodrich T/A's in near new condition, and wrap around the original Chevy rally wheels. The black leather interior is in superb condition with no tears or blemishes anywhere. And the interior carpet is immaculate! My vette is an excellent driver and holds its own wherever she goes. She is always grabbing the eyes of other drivers and I'm always getting the thumbs up around town. This car has always given me enjoyment and lots of fun. But it might be time for her to find another home, or maybe not. If she stayed with me another 30 years, I'd be the happier for it. But I'm ok, with transferring that responsibility over to someone else who will have just as much fun and joy with her, as I certainly have. She will only go to the right buyer.
