Classic Car Overview

This 1966 Chevrolet C10 stepside pickup had a refurbishment that is said to have been completed in 2015. Subsequent work involved lowering its ride height, notching its rear frame, servicing its air conditioning, replacing its fuel tank, and installing a 383ci stroker V8, which has Holley Sniper fuel injection. Finished in teal with a white roof over white and gray upholstery, it also features a floor-shifted 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission, four-wheel disc brakes, 20 Detroit Steel wheels, and stainless-steel headers mated to a dual exhaust system. Exterior details include a chrome-finished grille and front bumper, a roll pan, custom taillights, and a wood-slat bed floor with body-colored runners.
The ride height is lowered with replacement spindles, springs, and drop blocks, and the 20 Detroit Steel wheels are mounted with redline radial tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs with a dual-circuit hydraulic system and braided stainless-steel lines. The bench is trimmed in white vinyl with gray cloth inserts and teal piping, and the air-conditioned cab has gray carpets, a Kenwood CD stereo, and a floor-mounted shifter. The 383ci stroker V8 has a Holley Sniper EFI system, an Edelbrock intake manifold, finned valve covers, Accel ignition wires, and a Champion aluminum radiator with electric cooling fans. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed 700R4 automatic transmission. Tubular headers feed a custom dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers.
