Originally out of Colorado, this truck sports its original sheet metal that features a beautiful patina making this truck reminiscent of Mater from the film series, Cars. The truck itself sits on a frame from a 1985 Chevy 1-ton pick-up truck and features an all-modern drive train as well as 1-ton axles.
It sources its power from a 6.0-liter LS engine that is paired to an automatic transmission giving this truck a powerful and comfortable ride. The engine is equipped with Flo tech Performance Heads, a Viper fuel injection system, and an aluminum radiator with electric fans all giving this truck ample amounts of power and a beautiful sound that comes out of its dual exhaust. To stop all that power the truck has been fitted with 4-wheel disc brakes and a hydro-boost brake system. The truck also has hydro-boost power steering as well.
Suspension wise this truck sits tall on a BDS Suspension 6 lift. This lift makes room for some 37 Nitto Trail Grappler tires that wrap around 18 Black Rhino wheels. This makes for a large step to get in, which is aided with custom fitted Amp Research PowerSteps that give you a hand getting in. Once inside, you will be see the tilt steering as well as the modern gauge display in front of you. The truck is also fitted with a Vintage Air system to help keep you cool on those warm summer days.
