1965 Pontiac Le Mans

This is a very nice, clean, original panel 65 LeMans convertible, done in "Slick" Tuxedo Black, basecoat clearcoat, sanded and wheeled smooth, at time of restoration had new white power convertible top in excellent condition, also at time of restoration had new tinted windshield; all other glass is original factory softray tint in excellent condition, plastic rear window with no yellowing, all window stainless and upper door stainless is original in excellent condition, new weather stripping and window felts, new side view mirror, new door handles, original grills in excellent condition, original headlight bezels in very good condition, re-chromed front bumper, original wheel well and rocker moldings in excellent condition, new emblems, taillights and tail panel applique in good condition, original rear bumper in very good condition.

Factory parchment bucket seat console interior, dash has been refinished, original instrument cluster with factory in dash tach in very good condition, wood grain has been replaced, factory optional passenger grab handle, original AM radio - which still works, trio of gauges nicely mounted under dash, original deluxe steering wheel in excellent condition, new front door panels, arm rest and bases, rear door panels and arm rest are original in good condition; passenger side has a tare and wrinkles, new front and rear seat covers, updated front and rear seat belts, original 4 speed center console in good condition, new carpet and deluxe floor mats, new sill plates.

Under the hood the original 326 has been replaced with a 1965 389 4 barrel, updated cylinder heads, Edelbrock aluminum intake, factory quadrajet 4 barrel with electric choke, chrome valve covers and breather, heavy duty radiator with correct shroud and 6 blade clutch fan, power steering, nicely updated with power front disc brakes, factory exhaust manifolds into 2 1/4 dual exhaust, Flowmaster mufflers out the back in stock location, this strong running 389 is backed up with a Saginaw 4 speed trans, Hurst Competition Plus shifter, 10 bolt limited slit rear with 331 gear.

Rides on a set of Rallye II's with correct PMD caps and Radial tires all around.
