The Thunderbird has been with the same owner for 28 years and has been garage kept. Under the hood is the legendary 390 V8 paired with an automatic transmission. The engine was rebuilt approximately 10 years ago and has accumulated very few miles since. The car was also recently serviced and is ready to be enjoyed. What really separates this Thunderbird from the crowd is the custom bodywork. The roof has been chopped approximately 4.5 inches, dramatically lowering the profile and giving the car an unmistakable custom stance. It features 1959 Pontiac Bonneville taillights, a modified rear bumper, custom grille, air-scoop hood, dummy spotlights, lake-style side pipes, wire wheels, wide whitewall tires, and custom paint completed approximately 10 years ago. Inside, the Thunderbird continues the custom theme with a white vinyl interior, bucket seats, and Fords distinctive Swing-Away steering column.
