A Note From the Seller: The 1964.5 Mustang Refers to the Early Production Run of the First-Generation Ford Mustang, Built between March and August 1964 before the Official 1965 Model Year Changes Took Effect. These Mustangs had Unique Features that Set them Apart from Later 1965 Models, Making them Highly Collectible. One Particularly Rare Variation is the D-Code 1964.5 Mustang, which came equipped with the 289 CID V8 Engine Featuring a Four-Barrel Carburetor. This Option Provided 210 Horsepower, making it more Powerful than some of the Standard V8 Options at the time, though it Lacked the High-Performance Internals found in later Engine Codes.
