This Mustang is exceptionally clean. Looking down both sides-it is straight! It has nice fitment and finish, no rust or damage. It looks spectacular in its original color, code J Rangoon Red. The paint is nice, smooth and has a glossy finish. The weather stripping and door seals have been replaced along with the mirrors, door handles, front and rear bumpers, tail light bezels. All of the stainless trim looks to be new! This little pony rides on a set of factory wheels that are wrapped in BFG T/A radial tires!
The engine bay is nicely detailed with a 289 ci V-8 engine that has been completely rebuilt and has a few performance upgrades. Upgrades include: 4 barrel carburetor and HEI ignition. It also features power steering, factory A/C that blows cold, a newer radiator and shocks. All of the wiring is neat. The engine bay has a nice satin black finish.
The red interior looks amazing and very complimentary to the red exterior. The door panels, carpet, headliner and seat upholstery that all look new. There is an aftermarket console sitting in between the bucket seats. The dash area looks amazing with its black insert and factory steering wheel. The dash pad is in excellent condition. The lenses are clear. It has a factory AM radio with a FM converter in the glove box. The interior lights work as they should and the back seat even folds down!
The undercarriage is exceptionally clean as well. The front end steering and suspension components have been gone through. The front and rear shocks have been replaced. The bottom of the motor is clean as well as the C4-Automatic 3- speed transmission. There is a newer dual exhaust system. The floor is solid and all clean metal.
The trunk compartment is very solid and detailed with a trunk mat, spare tire and jacking assembly.
This is one very nice Pony that will definitely make you the Stallion of the herd!
