1965 Ford Mustang Convertible

Beautifully rotisserie-restored 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible for sale. This example is finished in Rangoon Red and comes nicely equipped with a rebuilt 289ci V8, C4 automatic transmission, power steering and power front disc brakes, power top and a very nice Red/Parchment Pony interior with center console. This beautiful Mustang left the factory as a T-code and has been fully and nicely converted to C-code V8.

The rebuilt 289 cubic inch V8 starts and runs smoothly and quietly and sounds great with the new dual exhaust. The C4 automatic shifts flawlessly through the gears and is paired to a Ford 9" rear-end. The suspension and shocks were all replaced making the handling tight and nimble. All systems were either rebuilt or replaced. It has a heavy duty aluminim radiator for extra cooling, power brakes with discs upfront and power steering for easy stress-free driving. This is a wonderful driving Mustang all-around with no needs.

The exterior was treated to a rotisserie restoration. The car was completely disassenbled and painted top to bottom, jambs, under-carraige and all. the trim, rubber, lenses were all replaced and the car shows beautifully. It rides on 5-lug Mustang Rally Rims wrapped in 185/75 R14's.

Inside is a new Red/Parchment Pony interior with center console, fully functional power top, seatbelts, convertible top boot cover and all new bezels, steering wheel and trim. It has a fully dressed trunk with matching spare wheel, factory style mat and tire cover.

Newly added Stereo system in glove compartment to keep Original look, New starter, new battery, new upgraded LED lights, 2 spare keys, and new remote kill switch!
