Classic Car Overview

1964.5 (1965) Ford Mustang L6-Cy 170cu/Eng  Auto/3 speed. I purchase the car this year, was planning to make upgrades but other priorities came up. The Car currently runs with no major issues. Did transmission tune up and rebuilt, have the documentation for it. Also did undercarriage cleaning, got most of the old oil and dirt removed. Ready for perform most of the upgrade work under the car.

Just replace with new tires and transmission pan was re-sealed 

Performed a 180 Point inspection at the Mustang shop in San Diego

Some items that need attention from the inspection

Fuel system:

Carburetor needs adjustment

Fuel pump, need new gasket

 

Electrical:

Alternator harness, expose wire

Suspension

Upper and lower control arms, needs replacement

Coil spring, needs replacement

Shocks, needs replacement

Sway bar bushing , replacement  requires maintenances work, ball joint, lubrication, shocks

No power steering, has manual steering.

Current 4 lug, drum brakes front and rear

Car was build in California and for the most part and the history of the car has lived in California.

AC unit was installed prior to owning the car (after market kit)

The Generator was upgrades to Alternator  

The brake reservoir was upgraded from a single to double reservoir

Have a spare ignition engine key, only one trunk key at the moment
