Classic Car Overview

Ground up restoration every part stripped to bare metal, treated with epoxy primer inside & out. All body seams correctly sealed with 3M seam sealant.Two stage exterior paint in original silver smoke gray metallic and clear coat. Interior pieces painted with correct black paint. Engine compartment painted to correct semi flat black. 1993 thunderbird 302-5.0 roller block bored and stroked to 347. Scat crank and Roos. Weisco Pistons. Ford racing F303 cam, roller lifters, pushrods, and timing stet. AFR 165 heads and 750 CFM carb. MSD electronic ignition with rev limiter and MSD pro distributor. Old aire hurricane a/c system installed. Approx 450 HP at the crank. All new engine Acc. Starter, pwr steering pump, alt, a/c comp, all with serpentine bet set up from 93 model under drive crank pulley. New aluminium radiator, a/c condenser and trans cooler. All new belts & hoses, motor mounts etc. Patriot mid length header with pypes dual exhaust. Monster Trans AOD automatic with 2500 RPM stall converter electric fuel pump. Electric high flow cooling fan.

All new power steering components & hoses. Complete new sport suspension components installed. Upper & lower control arms, bushings etc. Hotchkis front coil springs with 1 drop and adjustable front shocks. 5 leaf mid-eye leafs in the rear with 1 drop. Hotchkis rear adjustable shocks 1 Shelby drop on front control arms. 1997 ford explorer 8.8 in rear end with 4.10 gears narrowed on drivers side for correct centering of the drive shaft. New drive shaft with heavy duty V-joints, new CSRP power disc brake kit with 4 piston calipers (front), with Ford Explorer rear disc brakes.
