Nearly 15 years of continuous refinement had transformed the original lightweight sports car into a highly polished machine prized for its balance, durability, and driver engagement. The SC featured the updated T6 bodywork with a squared-off hood, external fuel-filler door on the right front fender, and standard four-wheel disc brakes. Power came from the most potent pushrod engine offered in a production 356, rated at 95 hp, delivering improved performance without compromising the models inherent simplicity. This 1964 Porsche 356 SC is a Karmann-built coupe, it is equipped with a tinted windshield and ventilated chrome wheels. It has been upgraded with the following: Period Nardi wood-rimmed steering wheel, Period Blaupunkt head unit and an Electric fuel pump. Delivered new through Competition Motors in Culver City, California, this 356 SC has most recently having been housed in well-known and respected Southern Porsche collection for the past 45 years! Having been the final evolution of the 356 series, these SCs are extremely sought after and offer a very rewarding driving experience. Comes complete with Jack and Spare wheel/tire assembly.
