1964 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible is one of the nicest, straightest, cleanest, smoothest old cars Ive seen in a long time. A virtually original sound car. He had all the original registrations. Also, a copy of the original title. Still has the window sticker, receipts for work done. From bumper to bumper everything on this car is so beautiful and clean. Starting with the drive train, a complete sound 352 with aluminum intake, motorcraft 4 barrel, and lemans valve covers from the 70s. Everything on the engine is sound-no smoke, no oil leaks and no exhaust leaks. New hoses, battery, wires and booster. Starts with a turn of the key. The transmission goes in gear and shifts as brand-new car. All the lights, brakes, exhaust, horn and gauges work great. This is a garage stored car since new. With all seals on windows, doors, trunk and hood very nice. Body is a complete rust-free car like it came back from the future. Interior is original looking with hardly any ware. Original radio still plays but with an added mp3 cord to plug to your phone. All of the glass is excellent with Ford logo still on them, no scratches. Rolls up and down so smooth you wont believe it. The trunk is awesome with matching spare tire and original jack. Under the mat is a no-rust floor still holding beautiful paint. Convertible top is flawless. Power top that operates like new with a glass back window. This car seals excellent for a convertible. Brakes, shocks, tires, exhaust are all like new. Now to the paint: Just finished the paint with all chrome and molding removed. Professionally painted with single stage and 5 coats of clear, sanded from 600 to 3500 grit and buffed to a mirror finished the paint with all chrome and molding removed.
