1964 Ford Falcon

Im just the 2nd owner of this beautiful 1964 Ford Falcon Futura California car (clean w/zero rust). I will tell you what I know. I bought it from the original owners 15 years ago. This is the 170ci straight six engine with 2-speed "Fordomatic" automatic transmission. I had this car completely inspected at MCM Jobes here in Napa (my mechanic) about a year ago. The usual minor odds and ends for a 60 yr old car. I have included pics of the cosmetic issues (small tears in the upholstery, small dented/flaking interior/exterior chrome trim, a small 2" tear in the convertible top). Mechanical inspection revealed a possible small pinion seal leak as well as a possible small rear axle seal leak (neither confirmed because not much evidence). These are not serious issues, nor expensive to repair. Other mechanical "notes" included poor rear shocks, the heater core is disconnected (so no heat), and the shifter needs a quick "wiggle" while in park when starting the ignition. Brakes were done last year, new-ish battery, transmission shifts smoothly, compression is great, car tracks straight down the road. I dont know the true milage - the odometer says 10,114. When I bought the car it was at around 7,500 so I have put very few miles on it (basically around town during the summer). I honestly can't remember if it had a rebuild when I bought it.

This car gets a ton of attention. It looks amazing, has cool emblems, and lots of chrome. Custom hood locks, branded floor mats, convertible top motor works great, leather top cover, stereo w/4 great speakers, and other extras. I have owned this car for 15 years and it has ALWAYS been garaged. Registration is up to date and clean title. You will love this car.
