1964 Ford Falcon Futura HT

Vehicle Title: Clear    Engine: 302

Power Options: Air conditioning, power seats, power brakes

Keyless entry/Alarm

Original mileage: 80000

This is a rust-free Texas car originally sold in Dallas Texas dealership. Kept the stock look and stance of the car and turned it into a good running street car that’s reliable, safe, fast, fun comfortable and easy to drive.

Engine: 302, professionally built to a comp cams dyno spec street engine making 370 HP @ 5,800 RPM which is a lot of power for a 2,700 LB car. The cam has a slightly loopy idle at 750 RPM. The engine starts instantly, has 50 LBS oil pressure at idle, has great throttle response and revs very fast. Engine has the following external parts: Typhoon high rise polished intake, Edelbrock 650 CFM carb, GM style HEI 9,000 RPM Distributer, Edelbrock polish high flow water pump, Hooker headers, Ford racing Boss 302 valve covers, Tuff Stuff GM style chrome 140 AMP Alternator, Champion 3 row polished aluminum radiator, rear mounted electric fuel pump system, new 2.50 inch exhaust with flow master mufflers .

Transmission: Completely rebuilt Mustang Tremec 5 Speed w/ Hurst Short Stroke Shifter. Also used modern driveline rear transmission crossmember.

Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate are all new center force parts, SFI steel flywheel, dual friction clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing.

Rear end- completely rebuilt 9 inch third member with extra rib case, all new 7:55 ratio gears, bearings, seals, new 4 hat trac loc unit, new steel axels. Car has adjustable Cal-Traction System to avoid rear spring windup and wheel hop under fast acceleration.

Brakes: The bakes were completely, professionally rebuilt by a front end shop with new dual chamber master cylinders. Rear brakes has new brake shoes and springs. Front brakes were upgraded with a complete Ford Granada disc brake conversion using new rotors, calipers and pads. Front and rear suspensions were completely gone through and any worn parts were replaced.

A/C, Heat, Defrost System- Installed an Old Air Hurricane System that is specifically engineered for 64-65 Falcons and Mustangs. It is an all-electric system with controls located where the stock heat, A/C and defrost were. The system has a nostalgic looking under dash A/C outlet and works very well. The car is comfortably cool even on 95+ degrees weather. Has a custom condenser with two 6 inch electric auxiliary fans on a manual switch for the hottest days.

Front seat: Replaced the front seat with super comfortable 8 way electric bucket seats donated by a 2006 Pontiac GTO. Had them reupholstered to match the original upholstered interior which is blue and white. I also added modern retractable seat belts. The floor and roof was completely redone with insulation installed.

Wheels and Tires:   The car wears super good looking Coys chrome wheels. 17x8 front and 17x9 rear. Front tires are BF Goodrich KD Radials, rear tires are   BF Goodrich High Traction Radials.

Summery: This Falcon is not a show car per say, (Still has the original paint with a few small road chips) The car has been completely restored mechanically from front to back and is a great looking, reliable, fast, safe car that is comfortable, fun and easy to drive.
