Classic Car Overview

Fully Restored 1964 Dodge Dart GT Convertible!

This gorgeous example started as a remarkably dry and solid West Coast car and underwent a meticulous mechanical and cosmetic restoration approximately 10 years ago. Click the link below for a photo album with over 150 detailed photos including shots from before and during the restoration, so you know what's under the paint and just how solid this car was prior to restoration.

Notable features:

-Aftermarket Air Conditioning System installed

-Converted to Automatic Transmission

-Rebuilt Slant 6 engine

-Hidden Glove Box stereo system with 900 Watt Amp and Kicker Comp Sub

-RAVELCO Anti-Theft System

-Car has been freshened this summer with a new battery, starter motor, rebuilt carb, new cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. Ready to drive!

-The 10 year old paint job still presents very well, but has some minor bubbling in certain locations. I have done my best to photograph those areas, so please inspect the pictures carefully, and/or set up an appointment to inspect the car.

-The factory fuel gauge and temperature gauge are no longer working. An aftermarket temperature gauge has been installed but there is currently no working fuel gauge.

-There are a few imperfections in the interior. The driver's seat could use some re-stitching along the back bottom. You can see some minor splitting in the seam at the back of the seat. There are also a couple of very minor rips in the upholstery and one in the convertible top.

This car presents extremely well, and will turn heads wherever it goes! Located in Washington DC.
