Buick Skylark models from the late '60s and early '70s are the real bargains when it comes to classic cars. Each time I start looking at old cars, I gravitate toward the Buick Skylark, Oldsmobile F-85 and Pontiac Catalina.

Classic Car Overview

Your chance to own a classic A body (same as a Chevelle) for half the price. Fully loaded, top of the line Skylark (Gran Sport was introduced in 65). Factory AC, power windows, top and drivers seat. Very clean and straight. The only areas of rust are 2 small spots in the rear fender wells.
Original interior (I think). The speakers in the doors are the only changes.
I have owned the car since 09. It came with all service records and receipts from the previous 2 owners.
Upgrades - Chevy 350 and Turbo 350 transmission were installed in 05. The engine runs and sounds great. The actual mileage is unknown. I installed 4 wheel disc breaks and rebuilt the front suspension. I have the parts to rebuild the rear end, just never got to it.
The bad - It needs a new top and hydraulics (unless you're like me and only drive it when the sun is out). The AC, power seat, and radio don't work. I lowered the front end a little too much, so the tires rub when turning at low speed. I love the way it sits, so I didn't fix it. You just have to plan ahead when parking.
This car is fun to drive and gets a lot of attention. I'm only selling it because of a move.
