This 1963 Porsche 356B is a T6-series car, bodied by Karmann, and has been under the same caretaker since 1974. During that 50-year ownership, all of the major mechanical components are believed to have been kept original and numbers-matching, including the 1600-cc engine and the four-speed manual transmission. The car was repainted under prior ownership, finished in a pale yellow over black leather interior. Aside from surface fading and some small imperfections, the body is remarkably straight and mostly rust-free, with some corrosion present on the rocker panels behind the front wheels. A major service was done prior to sale in early 2024, which included transmission work, a gas tank flush/clean, fluid changes, and more. The car also boasts newer Sachs shocks, installed sometime within the last eight years. This 356B offers a great foundation for someone looking to restore, resto-mod, or even do a full Outlaw-style conversion on one of these iconic early P-cars.
