1963 would be the final year for the futuristic jet inspired iconic design of the Thunderbird. This 1963 Ford Thunderbird Custom Convertible was originally built for the smash Disney hit movie Flubber. Shortly after the films release the car was purchased by Mike Goldman from Cinema Services. He spent the next five years doing an extensive modified rotisserie restoration, and as they say, the rest is history. Power is supplied by a LS-1 backed by a 4L60 transmission, Four Seasons cross flow radiator, Ford 9 inch rear end, polished stainless custom exhaust with Magniflow mufflers. Power convertible top, roadster cover, self leveling Air Ride to sit just right, Wilwood six piston disc brakes, and custom interior with Vintage Air/Heat.
