Classic Car Overview
1963 Coupe DeVille. “Couch on wheels” I believe that I am the second owner of the car. I bought the car from the original owner’s family approx 6 years ago. The car was in San Jose for a majority of it’s life. I took the original motor out 390 v8 and transmission out and had both of them completely rebuilt by professionals in Scottsdale AZ. Rebuilt and balanced the drive line. I added disc brakes to stops, blue tooth stereo with amplifier and new speakers along with a brand new aftermarket AC system. New tires. Rebuilt the original radiator. Re-upholstered the interior. The car has original paint except for the hood due to an unfortunate incident at the auto shop when brake fluid from a vehicle stored above the Caddy leaked on the hood of the car. Mechanical speaking the car is a 10/10 in my opinion. There are some minor door dings and some patina that is setting in. The chrome is great. The power window and seats work. Even the power antenna is working. I have way too much into this car to list (approx 60k) and unfortunately have no place to store it and I don’t drive it as much as I would like. I’m ready to sell.
