Windy City Warriors

From around 1956 until the mid 1980s, Dodge, Plymouth and even Chrysler squads were the most ubiquitous police cars in North America. In fact, the biggest department, the NYPD, used Plymouth and Dodge squads almost exclusively until the rear-drive M body car was finally axed in 1989.

Classic Car Overview

1963 Buick Riviera 2DR Sport Coupe (on Air-Ride)

The most stunning 1963 Buick Riviera I've ever seen, sharp looking from every angle! Originally painted Marlin Blue from the factory, it was repainted two years ago with Artic Blue Metallic. Rides like a cloud on a custom Air-Ride system. Sporting period-correct 16" Baby Moon Chrome wheels and Four-Wheel disc brakes. With power steering, power brakes, power windows, power antenna.

The Riviera was in a class all its own - as a mix between the styling of a razor-edge Rolls-Royce and the aggressive stance of a Ferrai. With many standard luxury options and a powerful Nailhead V-8 engine, these cars weren't just classy, they were aggressive. When you see this Artic Blue '63 Riviera you catch all of what the designer was attempting to do...

It also has a Kenwood CD player with Pioneer speakers in factory speaker positions and more, sounds great! All of the glass is in good condition. The original 401 Nailhead V-8 motor was rebuilt about 20,000 miles ago, the carburetor was also replaced with an aftermarket one.

This is a gorgeous car and is becoming more rare by the day.
