1962 Maserati 3500GT This 1962 Maserati 3500GT is an attractive original driver wearing a beautiful color combination. Medium green with brown leather interior. Runs and drives but would benefit from servicing prior to extensive road use. A presentable car inside and out. It also has a great body and an underside thats very clean and solid. The Maserati 3500 GT was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in 1957 and produced through 1964. It was the company?s first genuine series production road car. The original brief for the car was to produce a fast GT that would be both exciting to drive and comfortable and practical for daily use. As the car was bodied by Touring and built in Milan using their Superleggera light-alloy process, these aims were achieved. Maserati?s three decades as constructors of perhaps the world?s finest racing cars showed in every detail of the elegant Touring of Milan bodied coup?, from its exquisite, race-derived 3.5 litre engine through its impeccable road manners, fine brakes and faultless build quality.
