1962 Jeep CJ-5

Paint/Body: This Jeep is a great 20 footer as we like to say. She looks sweet pulling up to a car show or the off road event you go to this fall. The paint and body are not perfect, she's got some chipping consistently all around, a small bubble in the paint on the passenger front fender and some pitting on the hood and top of the front fenders. She has very minimal rust, none on the body that I saw. In my opinion, this is the best condition to have a jeep in, solid but not so nice you won't still get a little mud on the tires.
Interior: Interior is in good shape. The seats have been newly upholstered by the previous owner. New carpet and seat belts were installed. The dash is clean as well.
Glass/Windows: The windshield is in great condition with no cracks or shadowing.
Trunk/Bed: The bed on the jeep is solid. There is one hole on the passenger side toward the back that is only seen from underneath but no other issues. New carpet in the bed as well.
Undercarriage: Underneath is in good shape. There are 2 places you can see in the video where a little bit of rust is present, in the back passenger side and 2 small holes on the driver side floor pan. Frame is solid and no other rust was visible.
Wheels/Tires: Wheels are older but still in decent condition. They could use to be stripped and repainted to look nicer but they still look pretty good as we said, a 20 footer. The Wrangler Goodyear tires are from 2023 and still have like new tread with the little nibs on the sides.
Convertible Top: New bikini top just bought at the beginning of summer. Still in like new condition. We do not have any other top or doors for her.

Mechanical

Drivetrain: Previous owner said that the small V6 she has came out of a 1962 Buick. It fires right up with the touch of the key and gives her a little extra torque. The manual 3 speed transmission shifts smoothly, clutch is tight and she drives great in 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive. She is still all manual so she drives like she did in 1962, creating an authentically intentional driving experience.
Lights/Electrical: The headlights, taillights, brake lights and turn signals are all fully functional. The wiper motor is working but she does need new wiper arms and blades. I have the old ones which will come with but they need to be replaced. Functional aftermarket radio installed under the dash with 2 Bose speakers behind the seats.
Brakes: Manual brakes are strong and stop straight.
