Following in the tradition of previous Ford factory built Mustang race cars like the 1968 Cobra Jet, the Boss 429 and the FR500S Mustang Challenge car, Ford Racing and AAI started work on a production run of 50 Cobra Jet Mustangs in January 2010. Ford Racing built 50 Cobra Jet Mustangs at Ford vendor facilities.

New crate LS3 525HP engine fully detailed with 4l70E transmission. Afco polished radiator. Custom owner built full polished stainless exhaust

Moser 9" rear end with Detroit Locker posi unit and 3.89 gears

Baer 6P brake system w/ 6 piston calipers and 14" rotors

Entire chassis is meticulously detailed. Frame smoothed and painted. All lines hidden and ran inside frame

Global West front A arms

Full RideTech fully adjustable suspension with ShockWaves and RidePro E5 controller

Into polished ID305 wheels with Toyo tires 20" front-22" rear

The car is fully sorted out and drives as good as it looks. Aprox. 2700 miles since built
