Classic Car Overview
Summit Classics brings back another beauty as we owned this beast 5 years ago.
This 1962 Corvette removeable roof coupe is equipped with a 454 V8, 4 speed manual Muncie transmission and a Ford 9" rear end finished in stunning fresh silver and white tu-tone paint. Many thanks to the crew at Universal Body and Paint that just did the job.
The engine has been rebuilt with Edelbrock aluminum high rise four barrel intake manifold, Holley four barrel carburetor, custom exhaust headers with a custom dual exhaust system.
There is a custom aluminum radiator with a mechanical fan. The front suspension has a custom front crossmember with tubular upper and lower control arms with QA1 coil over shock absorbers and sway bar.
The custom four link rear suspension with coil over shock absorbers , wishbone panhand bar and sway bar are all in excellent condition. The upgraded front and rear disc brakes are controlled by a Wilwood dual reservoir master cylinder.
This last year of the C1 will be high on the collector list for a long time with only 14530 produced for the planet. Be sure to check out all the photos of this super clean rocket ship.
