1962 Chevrolet C/K Truck 2WD Regular Cab 1500

My dad bought this from Abney Mills in 1968, and still has the bill of sale.
It sat for 30 years and I decided to turn it into a restomod. The only thing original is the cab and the frame. I had it painted candy apple red, but it was not a good paint job. Looks great from 10 feet away. I also had both floor plans replaced in the cab.
It has a 6.2L LS3 with 6L80E transmission from 2015 camaro pushing 450 hp!
Lots of high grade components...QA1 suspension, Wilwood brakes all around, brand new custom seat, custom drive shaft from Carolina Driveline, too many other upgrades to list.
This is not a show truck. I used this as an excuse for me and my nephews to put sweat equity in it as the gift for my dad. We spent 2 years doing the little we could figure out from YouTube to add to the sentimental part.
My 82 year old dad decided he didn't want to drive it, so we're selling it. I have a great video of it driving down the road if I can't upload it.
We had to take it to 4 different shops due to each one doing a horrible job with it. The last shop finally put it all together.
It was meant to be with dad for a few more years, so the idea was just to be a driver, not a show truck.
