Raven Black with Red Interior-
Finished in Raven Black with a red and crme cloth and vinyl interior, this restored Galaxie Starliner has a great color combination and strong visual presence. The restoration presents very well, with nice black paint, tinted glass, polished trim, bright chrome, front and rear bumper guards, and nice body panel fit. The underside and floors are solid and in good condition, adding to the overall confidence of the car.
The cabin features bench seats, an AM radio, and is noted to be in good condition.
390 V8 with 4-Speed Manual-
This Starliner is powered by a 390 CID V8 equipped with triple 2-barrel carburetors, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. Additional features include dual exhaust, aluminum valve covers, and an aluminum air cleaner.
The chassis is equipped with power steering, front coil springs, rear leaf springs, and power front disc/rear drum brakes. Chrome aluminum 5-spoke wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires complete the stance.
With its Raven Black paint, red interior, 390 V8, 4-speed manual transmission, restored presentation, solid underside, and classic full-size Ford styling, this 1961 Ford Galaxie Starliner is a compelling example of one of Fords most distinctive early-1960s hardtops.
