1960 Skoda Felicia

1960 Skoda Felicia, the company started in 1925 and were still manufactured as of 2017. The Felicia was introduced in 1959, this car features a chrome grille and bumpers as well as shining fender & rocker trim. A rare right-hand drive convertible (a lot of Skodas were left hand drive ad they were built in Europe) finished in blue and powered by an inline-four connected to the rear wheels through an automatic transmission. Additional features include independent front suspension. Steel wheels wear chrome baby moon style hubcaps with catchy slits in a circle on the outer ring of the hub cap. Classic wide-whitewall tires. The black convertible roof can be removed or stowed behind the seats. The four-place cockpit is trimmed in Tan vinyl and tan carpets line the floors. Amenities include map pockets, wind-up windows, a column shifter and a heater. The water-cooled inline-four features a single side draft aluminum carburetor and was rated around 50 horsepower. 12 volt charging system. The Felicia featured a backbone chassis with fully independent suspension featuring coil springs up front and a transverse leaf in the rear. Unassisted braking is via drums at all four corners. Beautiful condition 2 tone Blue & Creme interior. Split bench w fold forward sides and center arm rest. Split front bumper with a TR3 Triumph-ish or early Corvette looking wide mounted grille. Single big headlights with thick chrome bezels. Robins egg blue color paint in good condition. Very straight lines and gaps.
