1960 Austin-Healey Sprite

Well hello there!
I'm Fergie a cheeky little leaf-green 1960 Austin Healey Frog-Eyed Sprite (or Bugeye if you're Stateside), and I'm on the lookout for a splendid new home.

I've been the absolute apple of my owner's eye , a proud Brit who adores me, but alas, she's off to pastures new and I'm not invited along for the ride . A travesty, really.

Every time I hit the road, I turn heads faster than you can say classic curves. People point, gawk, wave some even fall in love. I dont blame them. I am rather dazzling, if I say so myself.

Back in 2018, I was snapped up on Bring a Trailer for $21,000 (yes, I keep all my receipts like a proper grown-up). I underwent quite the makeover then bodywork polished, panels pampered and put back on the road with style.
Result? Glamour levels: high.
Condition? Perfect-nic, as my owner likes to say.

Fast-forward, and I've been utterly spoilt with a loving, meticulous restoration of $29,000 worth, no less.

Under my bonnet (that's hood in Yank-speak), I've had attention lavished on my engine, gearbox, pipes, hoses, brakes, shocks, plugs, pumps, you name it. I'm purring like a cat in a sunbeam.

And inside? Ooh missus it's a treat.
Brand-new seats, switches, gear-knob, dimmers, side-panel windows (yes, I have a nifty little storage cover for those, and the original if you so desire), and fresh chrome wing mirrors to up the glam factor.
I've even had my amber rear indicators reinstated proper British that, with spanking new tyres (tires for those here) and rear lights to boot.

My original 948cc engine and 4-speed gearbox has been rebuilt and glorious. My new engine has only been used for circa 300 miles. There's a new transmission in me now, but the originals still part of the package, should you fancy going full heritage mode.

Oh, and my chrome front bumper? Not currently installed, I like to flash a little leg, but it comes with the deal, naturally.

Quite literally, nearly everything has been restored or replaced, and I've got the paperwork to prove it; every bolt, brushstroke, and drop of sweat accounted for. All done by the fine folks at Auto-Logic in Bellevue. Give them a ring, they'll sing my praises all day.

Experts say I'm museum-worthy. I say I'm a national treasure with a perky grin and a lot of stories to tell.
