1957 Porsche 356-Replica

This Porsche 356 Speedster replica was built in 2008 by Vintage Speedsters of Hawaiian Gardens, California, and subsequently acquired in Y2023. Easily one of the cleanest in the Bay Area that you will see on the road.

The car is finished in silver over black upholstery and is powered by a 1,915cc flat-four paired with a Freeway Flyer four-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a black soft top, chrome 15 steel wheels with hubcaps, four-wheel disc brakes, twin Weber carburetors, LED headlights with stone guards, wind wings, a rear luggage rack, a fire-suppression system, a fire extinguisher, a short-throw shifter, a Nardi wood-rimmed steering wheel, and an Alpine head unit.
This Speedster replica has a black top boot and tonneau cover, a suitcase, related literature, partial service records, and a clean California title listed as a 1963 VW. I have about 3-4 various car covers that I will include.

The chrome-finished 15 steel wheels are secured with wheel locks and wear Porsche-branded hubcaps and 185/65 Vredestein Sportrac 5 tires showing 2019 date codes. Braking is handled by discs on all four corners and a 356 Super 90-based rear camber compensator is fitted.

The cockpit features low-back bucket seats trimmed in black upholstery with a color-coordinated upper dash, door panels, and carpets. Additional appointments include latch-and-link lap belts, a dash-mounted rearview mirror, an analog clock, a Halon fire extinguisher, a short-throw shifter, aluminum pedal covers, and an Alpine head unit with a trunk-mounted new amplifier. A LoJack stolen vehicle recovery system is current and installed.

The wood-rimmed Nardi steering wheel fronts a body-color dash housing a 130-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges.
