Classic Car Overview

1957 Corvette vin E57S101581. I have owned this car for 12 years. It is a 245hp dual 4 car. The car is a 3 owner car. The second owner (max) purchased the car in 1960. Max Drove the car to Mexico in 1961 and had the seats rolled and tucked. Shortly after that Max had the car painted white. It was an original black car but Max did not like the black paint. Max became ill and in the mid 60's put the car up, never to be driven again. This car has 27k original miles on it. Max would not sell the car, he really loved the car and the memories he had of being a young  driving this machine. In 2007 Max was no long able to take care of things and sold the car to me.  I had the motor professionally redone by local Corvette expert. It is 100% the original motor, carburetors, generator, and starter on the car. I had brakes suspension fuel cell and lines done. The car runs and drives great. The body on this car is very nice. This is not a pieced together car. The paint over the years just started to peel off exposing its untouched body. There is only one spot on the front fender where the fiberglass was touched. Max said the neighbor kid ran into it with his bike.I personally love the way the car looks. The rat rod look is so cool and I have enjoyed driving the car and hate to see it go. Anyone can find a restored car that your afraid to drive but this car is impossible to replace. Please call me with questions but no jokers this is a real add. My family wants a place on Norris Lake and i have twin boys that are 14 and they really don't have any interest in old cars. They like wake boards and boating and the bottom line is I just want to spend time with them.
