This is a remarkable find! This Unicorn was discovered in theSDSU area and was in single ownership form 1957 till Now still residing in the handsof the Family Estate it is finally being offered to a second buyer.

The vehicle was ordered at Hatch Chevrolet by Marie and Ray Taylorat Hatch Chevrolet in El Cajon, CA. It was hand picked up by Ray and Marie inST Louis, Mo in August that year by way of Jantzen Chevrolet. Marie and Raydrove the vehicle back to San Diego later that month in September of 1957!!!This RARE example is finished in Aztec Copper with Beige interior of which 261are believed to been built. Upon arriving back home Ray and Marie founded the CorvetteClub of San Diego as member #1 and #2. The car lived in the SDSU area its entireof 62 years. The vehicle retains its original motor, 3 speed trans, posi rear andfuel injection unit. The vehicle has recently undergone a recent mechanical refreshwith Larry at the Corvette shop where the fuel injection unit was completely rebuilt,serviced and etc. The vehicle had undergone a full frame off restoration tovery high standards in 2008. Original sales docs, purchase order, manual, batteryand warranty card will accompany the vehicle.
